The kitchen services three venues, The Stuffed Olive, Roxxy, and Double Tap. As a cook you will be working in a fast-paced, guest-centric, team focused environment responsible for preparing food that will exceed our guests' expectations and ensure they have an outstanding experience with us by: Preparing high quality food items to order for our guests: Following recipe and presentation guidelines Coordinating food orders to support timely and efficient delivery to each table Ensuring proper food safety and sanitation standards to ensure guest safety Meeting special guest requests while ensuring same high quality standards
SKILLS / REQUIREMENTS
Ability to multi-task Guest focused Teamwork oriented Prior cooking experience in similar environment ServSafe Food Handler Standing for long periods of time Reliable transportation
