We cook fresh, seasonal dishes, and diner classics. Pullman is an open kitchen concept looking for cooks who want to hone their skillset and work with a great team.

What You'll Do:

Prepare ingredients according to Pullman's recipes and standards Complete daily prep lists accurately and efficiently Wash, cut, portion, mix, cook and store ingredients for service Follow recipes, measurements, yields, and portion standards Label, date, rotate, and properly store food Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace Monitor product quality and communicate shortages or concerns Help receive and put away deliveries as needed Follow food safety and sanitation standards Assist with cleaning, opening, closing, and other kitchen responsibilities Support the line and the rest of the restaurant when needed

What We're Looking For:

Reliability and punctuality A strong work ethic and sense of urgency Attention to detail The ability to stay organized and work independently Personal pride in doing things correctly, with or without supervision Willingness to learn, take feedback, and improve Strong communication and teamwork Previous experience is preferred Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs

Pay:

$14.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0 - 45.0 per week
