What You'll Do:

You'll manage the dietary department and provide a well-prepared meals (lunch/dinner) for our residents. This includes providing accommodations for special dietary needs and completing any necessary documentation.

Key Responsibility Include:

Resident interactions

• providing friendly and respectful service Menu planning and inventory management
• set the menu for all meals and order the necessary items Scheduling
• set the schedule for dietary staff Employee management
• provide support, training, and oversight to dietary staff Meal preparation and cooking
• preparing and cooking meals according to dietary guidelines and menus Sanitation and safety
• maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety guidelines Documentation and reporting
• maintaining accurate food temperature logs, cleaning schedules, etc.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a compassionate and dependable individual with a passion for serving others.

Ideal candidates will have:

Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide high quality service to others. Previous dietary experience, including menu preparation and inventory management Leadership experience, supporting staff members. Strong communication.
