Job Description
Join our team at The Crown & Thistle, a traditional British pub located in the heart of downtown Coeur d'Alene. We are seeking a dedicated Cook to be part of our kitchen staff. If you have a passion for preparing delicious pub fare and want to work in a vibrant environment, this opportunity is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook traditional English pub dishes such as scotch eggs, bangers and mash, fish and chips, and meat pies.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to ensure consistency and quality of food.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
- Uphold high standards of food preparation and presentation.
Experience:
- Previous experience is good, but a willingness to learn and be trained if you don't have the experience is great with us.
