Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food safety standards Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, dicing, portioning, and plating Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or dietary departments is highly preferred Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food preparation methods Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to details. Spanish speaking is a plus!

Pay:
