The Impact You'll Make As a Back-of-House (BOH) Team Member, you'll be the heartbeat of our kitchen. From prepping fresh ingredients to ensuring every plate leaves the pass looking and tasting incredible, your work will directly shape the guest experience. You'll help keep our kitchen running smoothly, cleanly, and efficiently—so our pitmasters can focus on perfecting that low-and-slow magic. What You'll Do Prep meats, sides, and sauces according to our recipes and quality standards. Assist pitmasters with food handling, portioning, and plating. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Support dishwashing, storage, and inventory tasks as needed. Work as part of a tight-knit team to keep service flowing during busy shifts. What You'll Bring A strong work ethic and a love for great food. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment. Attention to detail and pride in doing things right. Reliability—your team counts on you to show up ready to go.
