THE REQUIREMENTS

Cooking / restaurant experience preferred Food trucking experience a plus Ability to work in close quarters with other cooks / chef during food truck cooking Willingness to work weekends and nights Reliable transportation Must be able to define "woman" TRAITS Outgoing, optimistic and flexible self-starter Ability to identify and solve problems quickly Ethical, energetic, can-do attitude Ability to work well in fast-paced, deadline driven environment Ability to operate independently with limited supervision Team player willing to take on new projects & assignments THE JOB Work with our chefs and cooks to prepare healthy and delicious food for our clients whether it be at the saloon, a plated dinner for 200 at a local venue, local community festival, or stages of food served at a murder mystery dinner. Research local sources of healthy food Troubleshoot and handle any issues that arise on the event day Assist with setup and tear down of tables and chairs Some dish washing

COMPENSATION

$19-22 per hour, depending on experience HOURS Part time & full time opportunities available Work completed in the Eagle / Boise, Idaho area
