Duties Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes, dietary guidelines, and menu plans Assist with menu planning to ensure variety, nutritional balance, and seasonal freshness Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling and sanitation procedures Support food preparation activities including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients Serve meals in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring timely delivery and presentation Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment to uphold health standards Collaborate with team members to coordinate meal service and catering events as needed Experience Previous experience in fast paced kitchen Hands-on experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant settings is required Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques is essential Skills in knife handling Strong understanding of food service operations and customer-focused service .
