WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You may work the: Egg station Flat-top/griddle Grill Breakfast line Prep station You should be comfortable: Cooking eggs to order — over easy, over medium, scrambled, poached, omelets, etc. Running a flat-top during a busy breakfast rush Cooking pancakes, French toast, hash browns, breakfast meats, burgers, and other menu items Reading tickets and getting multiple orders out at the same time Building plates quickly, accurately, and consistently Keeping your station stocked, clean, and organized Working closely with the rest of the kitchen team Following proper food handling and sanitation procedures Completing opening, prep, and closing duties

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We need someone who can actually cook on a restaurant line. Breakfast cooking experience is strongly preferred

BUT WE ARE WILLING TO TRAIN IF YOU ARE WILLING TO LEARN!

You should be: Dependable Fast Organized Comfortable working under pressure Able to communicate with your team Able to show up on time for early morning shifts Able to keep quality high even when the restaurant gets slammed If you have experience working breakfast at a diner, café, family restaurant, hotel, IHOP, Denny's, Black Bear Diner, Cracker Barrel, or another high-volume breakfast operation, we especially want to talk to you.

Our restaurant closes at 2:00 PM. That means you can work in a real restaurant kitchen without giving up every evening of your life. We are looking for people who want to become part of a strong kitchen team — not just someone looking to pick up a shift here and there. PAY $16-$24 per hour depending on experience and ability. Experienced breakfast cooks who can step onto the line and perform immediately will be considered accordingly.

6:30 AM-2:30 PM Wednesday - Sunday Friday - Tuesday Weekend availability is important because Saturday and Sunday are among our busiest days.
