Job Description:

Hiring Part-time and full time cook positions for our new upscale breakfast restaurant. Shifts beginning at 5am. Pay starting at $8/hr plus tips (averaging to $15 - $17/hr after tips).

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and taste. Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ranges, convection ovens, etc Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work with co-workers to ensure quality food and service. Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak breakfast hours.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a cook or line cook, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment, or be willing to learn with care and diligence. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work mornings and weekends, as required. Passion for food and creativity++ Must be 18+ Must have or be willing to complete a ServSafe certification
