Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Lounge Cook to join our team. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking food to order, ensuring timely and accurate service, prepping ingredients for upcoming shifts, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Prior kitchen experience preferred but not required. We will also train you as a fill-in bartender to help or cover shifts as needed. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to lounge menu and specifications Fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly Perform prep work for future shifts, including chopping, portioning, and stocking Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment Follow all food safety and hygiene standards Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and customer service standards.
