Job Overview Pivo Peaks Alehouse is looking for a motivated, organized, enthusiastic person to join our kitchen staff! We are a casual dining establishment that relies more on assembly than cooking on a line. No experience necessary! We are willing to train the right person. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with food prep to ensure smooth kitchen operations Cook and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure quality and safety Clean and organize kitchen between orders. Complete checklists for daily and weekly cleaning and opening/closing. Follow all kitchen safety guidelines, including knife skills and proper equipment use Requirements Restaurant experience is not necessary but is a bonus. A good work ethic is required, duties should be completed even without direct supervision. Ability to work both solo and in a team.
