• Preparing the correct diatary meals for each resident Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served Prep, cook and cleanup , dIshes Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen Ensure all food and other items are stored properly Check quality of ingredients Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages Requirements Proven experience as a Cook Knowledge and experience of various cooking in an assisted living community prior Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations Culinary school diploma preferred Ability to work in a team Excellent physical condition and stamina
