Job Description
VVS Canteen is looking for a Cafeteria Team Member to join our team in our cafeteria inside the JBS Plant in Beardstown, IL. The Cafeteria Worker is responsible for performing all basic functions required to operate within a cafeteria setting. The employee in this position will perform job functions that include, but are not limited to: Cashiering Cooking Serving Prepping Food Items Stocking Dishwashing Maintaining a Clean and Safe Work Environment The responsibilities listed on this posting are not intended to be all-inclusive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours. Must be able to lift 25-35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds on occasion. Available to work Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays. Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Breakfast Cook shift is 4am-12:30pm.
