Cook | Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group Epiphany Farms Hospitality Group (EFHG) is looking for passionate and dependable cooks who take pride in great food and enjoy working as part of a strong kitchen team. Our kitchens are built around farm-to-table cooking, sustainability, craftsmanship, and continuous learning . We grow and raise many of the ingredients we serve and believe great food starts with respect for the ingredients, the craft, and the people around you. Whether you are an experienced cook or looking to continue developing your culinary skills, we are looking for people who work hard, stay curious, and want to grow with our team. During the hiring process, we'll learn about your experience and strengths and determine the best fit within our kitchens. Opportunities to cross-train and work across multiple EFHG concepts may also be available. What You'll Do Prepare and execute recipes with consistency, quality, and attention to detail. Set up and maintain an organized station with proper mise en place. Work grill, sauté, fry, prep, or other stations based on experience and training. Follow recipes, portioning, plating, and food safety standards. Communicate and work closely with chefs, managers, and fellow team members. Properly handle guest allergies and dietary modifications. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen throughout your shift. Assist teammates and contribute wherever needed for a successful service. What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-service restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Experience with grill, sauté, or fry stations preferred. Meat and fish fabrication experience is a plus. Strong understanding of basic cooking techniques and kitchen operations. Reliability, professionalism, and a positive team attitude. Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continue improving. Interest in farm-to-table cooking and sustainable agriculture is a plus. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Compensation Pay is based on experience, culinary skill, station proficiency, availability, flexibility, and overall contribution to the team. Physical Requirements This is an active commercial kitchen position requiring extended standing and walking, bending and reaching, working around heat and commercial kitchen equipment, and regularly lifting or carrying up to 50 pounds.
