Flexibility to work alternative days, hours, and weekends.
Note:
Facility hours change seasonally. Primary hunting season is October 1-March 31, with additional opportunities April 1-September 30.

Winchester.com and WhiteFlyer.com NILO is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service‑oriented Part-time Temporary Cook to support meal preparation and clubhouse operations. This role is focused on delivering an excellent guest experience by preparing high‑quality meals, supporting event operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
Part-time Temporary NILO Cook Essential Functions:
Prepare and cook meals for guests during NILO events. Serve guests and provide outstanding customer service. Assist with cleanup and post-event housekeeping. Perform general kitchen and household duties as needed to support event operations. Attend special events as needed.
Part-time Temporary NILO Cook Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum six months of related experience. Ability to work independently, lift/carry up to 25 lbs., and stand for prolonged periods. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends as needed. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers.
