Bakery Prep Cook & Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Kitchen Assistant to support both our bakery and savory food production. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of a professional French bakery and café. You will work in a brand-new, modern facility with high-end equipment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Bakery Support:

Assist bakers with measuring ingredients, preparing pans and basic dough work

Savory Prep:

Prepare fresh ingredients for sandwiches and salads (washing/chopping vegetables, slicing meats/cheeses)

Assembly:

Build and package sandwiches, salads and other savory items following our recipes

Organization:

Assist with receiving deliveries, stocking shelves and maintaining a clean, sanitized workspace

Cleanliness:

Help with dishwashing and daily kitchen cleanup to ensure health safety standards

REQUIREMENTS

Basic kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person! A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn French culinary techniques Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods Punctuality and reliability are essential
