Job Description
We're a small, passionate craft brewery and we're building something special in our new kitchen — house-made pizzas, sandwiches, soups, and salads, held to the same world-class standards as our beer. We're looking for a Line/Prep Cook to help bring it to life. This isn't a corporate kitchen. We're a neighborhood taproom where everyone pushes in the same direction and does whatever it takes. Nearly eight years in, the one thing we know for certain is that this job is only worth doing if you're genuinely passionate about it. We are — and we want you to be too. What you'll do: Prep and cook pizzas, soups, salads, and sandwiches from scratch. Follow recipes and portion standards. Keep a clean, organized station and follow food safety protocols. Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Help with receiving, inventory, and stocking. Pizza experience — especially dough and fermentation — is a real bonus. What we're looking for: At least 2 years of line or prep cook experience. Calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and genuinely excited about food. Must be available to work Wednesday-Friday 3-9pm, Saturday 11am-9pm and Sunday 11am-7pm. Must provide 3 references.
