We are seeking experienced Line and prep cooks for our location in Lincolnwood. Qualifications At least 2 years' experience required Experience in upscale dining or an equivalent environment preferred Ability to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 6 hours in length Ability to move, bend, lift, carry, push, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion Certified or willing to certify in Food Handling. Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends and some holidays Ability to communicate clearly with guests, managers and team members Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure, in a fast-paced environment Expectations Knowledge and passion for the food & beverage industry A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests Adhere to all health and safety standards and policies Adhere to all Kosher regulations while at work as set forth by our certifying agency Nuovo is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
