Position Overview Foodville Concepts is looking for a dependable and energetic Weekend Line Cook to join our team at Benedictine University in Lisle, Illinois . We're looking for someone who can prepare fresh, high-quality food while providing a welcoming experience for students and guests. The ideal candidate is reliable, independent, personable, and willing to jump in wherever needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend hours in a fun, fast-paced campus dining environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to Foodville recipes and standards. Provide friendly and engaging service to students and guests. Work the grill, fryer, sandwich, breakfast, and other stations as assigned. Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep lists. Maintain quality, portion, and presentation standards. Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures. Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities. Work independently when necessary while supporting the overall team. Assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed. What We're Looking For Previous line cook, grill cook, prep cook, or foodservice experience preferred. Weekend availability is required. Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Comfortable working independently. Friendly personality and ability to engage professionally with students and guests. Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Team-first attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Food Handler Certificate preferred or willingness to obtain. Why Join Foodville?
