Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pizza Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality pizzas while ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepared in compliance with food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including sanitizing work surfaces and equipment. Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and effectively. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary setting is preferred, particularly in pizza preparation or quick service fast food restaurants. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is essential. Experience using Aloha POS systems is a plus but not required. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a busy kitchen environment. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
