Craft traditional Korean dishes with a focus on flavor, nutrition, and presentation. +
Menu Development:
Collaborate with our dietary team to create balanced, health-conscious meal plans that cater to our residents' needs and preferences. +
Food Safety and Cleanliness:
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in the kitchen. Ensure all dishes are prepared according to health regulations and dietary requirements. +
Resident Engagement:
Engage with residents to understand their tastes and preferences, ensuring an enjoyable and satisfying dining experience. +
Inventory Management:
Efficiently manage kitchen inventory, ordering supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
Qualifications:

Experience:
Proven experience as a Korean cook or chef, with a strong understanding of Korean culinary techniques and ingredients. +
Cooking Skills:
Excellent ability to prepare a variety of Korean dishes, with creativity in presenting meals and adapting recipes for dietary needs. + Attention to
