You will work on the main assembly line to create delicious, high-quality pizzas and sides for our guests. This role requires speed, attention to detail, and a passion for great food. If you love a fast-paced environment and working with a fun team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Prepare fresh toppings : Chop veggies, slice premium meats, and shred cheese daily. Master the dough : Roll, stretch, and toss pizza dough to the perfect thickness. Build amazing pizzas : Spread sauces and arrange toppings evenly according to our recipes. Manage the oven : Slide pizzas in and out of high-heat ovens safely using a pizza peel. Check for quality : Monitor bake times so every crust is perfectly golden brown. Box and slice : Cut cooked pizzas cleanly and pack them up for serving or delivery. Keep it clean : Maintain a spotless, sanitized workstation and follow food safety rules. Prep side dishes : Cook appetizers like wings, sandwiches, and salads. Experience Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or pizza maker is preferred but not required. Ability to work fast and stay calm during busy dinner rushes. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds (like flour bags). Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Knowledge of basic kitchen safety and food handling rules.
