Knife Skills :
A solid understanding of safe and effective knife handling techniques.
Speed and Focus :
The ability to work quickly under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
Physical Stamina :
The endurance to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Experience :
