Cook - Starved Rock Lodge Love cooking in a fast-paced kitchen and enjoying the energy of outdoor dining? Join the culinary team at Starved Rock Lodge! We're looking for dependable, motivated Cooks to help create memorable dining experiences for guests visiting one of Illinois' most iconic destinations. This unique role offers the opportunity to work both inside our restaurant kitchen and outdoors at our seasonal veranda grill, serving guests surrounded by the beauty of Starved Rock State Park.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and care Assist with grilling, prep work, plating, and line cooking Maintain cleanliness and food standards Help create a welcoming experience for guests from all over the state and country

We're Looking For:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but we're willing to train motivated individuals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills IL Food Handler certification or Food Sanitation license (or willingness to obtain) Whether you're an experienced line cook or someone looking to grow your culinary skills in a unique environment, we'd love to hear from you!
