Job Overview We're looking for energetic and reliable team players to fill recent opening in as Line Cooks. This role is essential to delivering high-quality meals in a lively, fast-paced environment. If you love working in a team, have a passion for food, and want to grow your culinary skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist with food preparation by chopping, measuring, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and standards. Cook menu items efficiently on the line while maintaining quality and presentation. Support the expediting process by ensuring orders are assembled accurately and promptly for service. Help maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, following food safety practices at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours. Aid in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or culinary environments is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of food handling safety standards and proper hygiene practices. Basic knife skills and familiarity with food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a dynamic setting. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Experience with menu planning or catering is a plus but not required. A genuine enthusiasm for food service and hospitality. Be available to work a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends or holidays as needed.
