Roc City Bar and Grill in Rockdale, IL is looking for a talented and passionate Pizza Maker to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-craft pizzas according to restaurant recipes and quality standards Stretch, toss, and shape dough to consistent size and thickness Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings with accuracy and attention to detail Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times Maintain a clean and organized pizza station throughout each shift Monitor ingredient inventory and communicate low stock to kitchen management Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Requirements:

Prior experience in a kitchen, pizzeria, or food service environment preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and consistency Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
