Line Cook/Prep Cook

Seasonal Summer Employment at Alpine Country Club, Round Lake , Il. Wednesdays-Sundays. Club closed on Monday and Tuesday We're looking for people with a positive attitude, ability to work well with others, reliability, and attention to detail.

Duties and responsibilities include:

Maintaining communication with other cooks to prepare and cook dinner orders within established average ticket time and to prepare several different orders simultaneously. Adhering to recipes to ensure consistent food quality and presentation Operating large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, or ovens according to manufacturer's instructions. Performing required sanitation procedures. Uphold cleanliness standards and ensure proper sanitation of entire kitchen including food prep area, cooking equipment, counters, shelves, utensils, and storage areas. Follow all procedures to ensure that the facility is clean, safe, and in good repair for both associates and guests. Work effectively with Head Cook and co-workers. Preferred qualifications 1-2 years of experience in kitchen and dining room operations and execution. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
