Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items with precision and flair, ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation. Your culinary expertise will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience for our guests, supporting the overall success of our kitchen operations. Duties Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols Assist in meal assembly, plating, and presentation to ensure appealing dishes for guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service Follow safety standards in production, handling food safely from prep to serving Support inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Requirements Prior experience in food preparation, restaurant kitchens, or the food industry is highly preferred Knowledge of dietary department practices and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills with slicing techniques; ability to follow recipes accurately Familiarity with food safety management and handling procedures Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Demonstrated understanding of safety standards in production environments Culinary experience including menu planning, meal preparation, and catering is advantageous Embark on a culinary journey where your skills make a real impact! Pay:
