Open Positions & Key Responsibilities Line Cooks & Station Lead Cooks Execute station prep and line service (Grill, Saute, Fry, Cold Station/Raw Bar) with speed, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain strict quality and portion controls while handling ocean-fresh seafood and premium ingredients. Keep ticket times tight during peak, high-volume lunch and dinner rushes without sacrificing presentation or temperature. Collaborate closely with expo and kitchen management to ensure seamless order timing. Prep Cooks & Seafood Prep Specialists Execute daily food prep according to set recipes, weight measures, and yield specifications. Handle high-volume seafood butchery, filleting, shell stock handling, and raw bar setup safely and efficiently. Label, date, rotate (FIFO), and store all food items according to local health and safety standards. Dishwashers & Kitchen Utility Maintain clean, sanitized glassware, dishware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. Keep dish area, prep areas, and kitchen floors clean, dry, and safe throughout the shift. Assist with receiving daily seafood deliveries, stocking walk-ins, and trash removal.
Qualifications & Expectations Experience:
Experience in high-volume, full-service kitchens preferred (seafood experience is a strong plus), but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate reliability, coachability, and a high-energy attitude.
