Job Description

Looking for enthusiastic, energetic people to create great tasting recipes consistently and quickly, easy morning hours. prev experience working with fresh dough is a huge plus. Need experience with par cooking pasta and various proteins. Experience with bucthering fresh fish and primal cuts also a plus. Looking to replace "chef" prep. Could lead into a salaried position as a production manager.
