Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic to join our vibrant JUK team! In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality food services, ensuring every meal meets safety standards and exceeds expectations. Your enthusiasm for food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen operations will contribute to creating a welcoming environment where delicious meals are crafted with precision and care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while supporting the overall food service experience. Responsibilities Assist in preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes and safety standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and other culinary tools Follow proper food handling procedures to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination Support menu planning by suggesting innovative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area through regular cleaning and sanitation practices Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and serving Adhere strictly to food safety management protocols and safety regulations in all production activities Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or food service environments is highly preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment operation Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal presentation Familiarity with food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Culinary or restaurant experience demonstrating knife skills, slicing techniques, and food industry knowledge is advantageous Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by bringing passion, precision, and professionalism to our culinary team.
