Duties Prepare and assemble meals according to established menus and dietary guidelines, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas that meet nutritional and dietary needs Handle food preparation tasks including chopping, mixing, cooking, and plating with skillful knife techniques and attention to detail Maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times Serve meals efficiently while providing friendly, attentive customer service that enhances the dining experience Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and assisting with setup and cleanup Follow all food safety protocols, including proper storage, sanitation, and temperature control Requirements Previous experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide, with knowledge of meal planning and food preparation techniques Hands-on experience in the food industry, including restaurant or kitchen settings, demonstrating strong culinary skills Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper food handling practices Proficiency in cooking methods, knife skills, and meal preparation techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills for serving customers and collaborating with team members Experience in catering or large-scale food service is a plus but not required Join us as a where your culinary talents will shine!
