This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee food preparation, manage kitchen staff, and ensure exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key leader in the culinary department, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food safety, quality, and service while fostering a positive team atmosphere. Your expertise in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management will drive the success of our evening service and uphold our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all aspects of food production and service during evening shifts, ensuring timely and efficient operations Lead and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance oversight to promote teamwork and high standards Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to deliver exceptional dining experiences aligned with quality standards Maintain strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures, sanitation protocols, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Manage inventory control and food handling processes to minimize waste, optimize costs, and ensure availability of ingredients Oversee catering events and banquet services, ensuring seamless execution from setup to service completion Monitor shift operations closely, addressing any issues promptly to maintain smooth workflow and guest satisfaction Skills Extensive banquet experience combined with strong supervising skills in a culinary setting Proven background in dietary department operations and food production management Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively within a restaurant or hospitality environment Fine dining experience with expertise in menu planning, food presentation, and catering services Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and food safety sanitizing procedures Skilled in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management including shift oversight Experience managing food service operations within the food industry or restaurant sector with a focus on hospitality excellence Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork while maintaining high standards of food handling and safety practices Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality control This position is paid and offers an engaging environment where your culinary talents can shine.
