Job Overview Line Cook / Lead Line Cooks We're hiring one Lead Line Cook and Line Cooks to help run our sandwich line. You'll make hot and cold sandwiches, burgers, and homemade soups, sauces, desserts, and baked items — and keep the kitchen clean to our standards. What you'll do Prep and cook menu items to our recipes and specs Build hot and cold sandwiches quickly and consistently Slice, chop, and portion ingredients Use kitchen equipment safely (grill, slicer, ovens, fryer, etc.) Prep ahead for service: meats, toppings, soups, sauces, and baked goods Follow food-safety rules and prevent cross-contamination Keep your station, tools, and kitchen clean Work with the team so tickets go out on time

Lead Line Cook:

help set the pace, check quality, and support other cooks What we're looking for Restaurant or sandwich-shop experience preferred, not required Comfortable on a fast line Good attention to detail Knows basic food safety and sanitation Can follow recipes and keep food looking the same every time Team player who shows up ready to work Enthusiasm for food and a clean kitchen

Pay:

$15.00 - $19.00 per hour
