Hourly Field Brewing is looking for a dependable, experienced Cook to join our kitchen team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in great food, works well in a fast-paced environment, and understands that a strong kitchen is built on teamwork, consistency, cleanliness, and attention to detail. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Field Brewing recipes and standards Work assigned stations efficiently during service Complete daily prep and maintain appropriate prep levels for service Maintain consistency in food quality, portioning, presentation, and timing Follow proper food handling, sanitation, temperature, labeling, and storage procedures Keep your station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Complete opening, closing, and kitchen cleaning responsibilities Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries Communicate with the Executive Chef, Kitchen Manager and other team members regarding prep needs, product levels, and kitchen issues Work collaboratively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to provide a great guest experience Help maintain a positive, respectful, and productive kitchen environment Pitch in where needed. We are a small team, and everyone contributes to keeping Field running well What We're Looking For Previous restaurant or professional kitchen experience preferred Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Reliable and able to arrive prepared and on time Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and food quality Ability to follow recipes and established procedures consistently Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift and move typical kitchen supplies and equipment Availability to work evenings and weekends About Field Brewing Field Brewing is an independent brewery and restaurant in Westfield, Indiana.
