We're looking for a hands-on leader who enjoys working with people, takes pride in producing a great product, and isn't afraid to jump in and work alongside the team.

The ideal candidate will:

Have experience in food manufacturing, food production, commercial cooking, batching, or a similar environment. Bring previous leadership or supervisory experience and be comfortable providing direction, training, and accountability. Be able to accurately follow recipes, formulas, batch sheets, and production specifications. Understand the importance of food safety, sanitation, quality, and GMPs. Be organized and able to keep production moving while balancing multiple priorities. Have strong attention to detail when it comes to ingredients, measurements, temperatures, cook times, and documentation. Communicate well and work closely with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Maintenance, and other departments. Be dependable, positive, and willing to help wherever needed. Be comfortable working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with conditions of heightened heat and humidity, wet, and noisy. Be able to stand for extended periods and regularly bend, reach, lift, and move up to 50 pounds. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who can lead by example. This is a hands-on management position, and the right person will be just as comfortable working alongside the team as they are leading it.
