Cook in a Homeplus. We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cook to join our culinary team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing delicious and high-quality meals according to standardized recipes and procedures, ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our customers. Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are clean, organized, and properly sanitized.
- Manage inventory and stock rotation, minimizing waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Monitor food temperatures and maintain accurate records.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with menu planning and development as needed. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen setting.
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong knife skills and culinary techniques.
