Job Description

```Duties```
  • Assist in the preparation and production of food items according to recipes and quality standards.
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers and staff.
  • Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items.
  • Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables.
  • Prepare sauces, dressings, and marinades.
  • Cook food items as directed by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
  • Portion food items for serving.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation. ```Qualifications```
  • Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation setting is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of basic culinary techniques and food safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
