Our coffee shop is known for more than just caffeine. We specialize in hand rolled tamales and pride ourselves on high-quality, scratch-made food. If you enjoy a quiet kitchen environment where you can put on your headphones and knock out a production list, this is the shift for you. The Role This is a Monday-only position. You will be responsible for the bulk of our weekly food production, ensuring our flavors remain consistent, and our fridge is stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing various fillings, sauces, and salsas Wrapping tamales Baking desserts Following food safety requirements Maintaining a clean working environment What You Bring Previous experience in a professional kitchen (prep or line) is required Experience making tamales or a strong willingness to learn our specific technique You're a self-starter who can manage a production list without constant supervision Since this is a once-a-week role, your presence is vital to our weekly operations Why Work With Us?
