Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and culinary skills will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring food safety standards are met. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Whether you're chopping, cooking, or plating, you'll play a vital role in creating delicious meals that delight every time. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to established recipes and standards Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining quality, presentation, and consistency Follow food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment Support kitchen operations by cleaning workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly Assist with meal preparation for catering events or special functions as needed Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Contribute ideas for menu planning and improve kitchen workflows to enhance efficiency Experience Previous kitchen experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred Familiarity with food industry standards, including food safety and handling practices Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in food preparation techniques Knowledge of culinary principles, meal preparation, and food presentation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Experience in catering or serving is advantageous but not required Join us and bring your culinary talents to life!
