$10.00- 12.

Must be at least 16 years old About Us Apollo Pizza & Taproom is a locally owned pizza restaurant and craft beer taproom located in downtown Corbin. We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in preparing great food. What You'll Do Prepare pizzas, subs, wings, appetizers, salads, and other menu items according to Apollo recipes. Stretch dough, build pizzas, and safely operate pizza ovens. Prep ingredients and restock the make line throughout your shift. Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures. Wash dishes and help keep the kitchen clean and organized. Work with teammates to complete orders quickly and accurately. Assist with opening, closing, and other kitchen duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented kitchen. Willingness to learn—experience is helpful but not required. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Benefits $10- 12 per hour based on experience. Share of online order tip pool while working. 50% off menu items while on shift. 30% off menu items when off the clock. Flexible scheduling.
