As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our standards of excellence. This position requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively within the kitchen. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards. Ensure all food handling and safety regulations are adhered to at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and equipment. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Participate in catering events as needed, providing exceptional service to clients. Support the dietary department by preparing meals that meet specific dietary requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a cook or in a similar role within full-service dining or catering environments. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail in presentation. Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
