Experience in food preparation, knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented restaurant environment is required. Starting pay is based on experience. This is a part time evening job.

Responsibilities:

• Cook and plate menu items using flat top, fryer and ovens
• Build and cook high volume of pizzas in brick oven
• Assist in prep and stocking multiple food stations
• Work with a small team to jump in at other food stations as directed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work space by washing dishes, frequently sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, sweeping and mopping

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position in the food industry
• Ability to run a station independently
• Knowledge of safe food handling and preparation
• Ability to work in a team setting, and be flexible to cross train
• Must be available to work all weekends and day shift
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus

Pay:

$17.00
