We are looking for a skilled Prep & Private Event Cook to join our team at Mama's as we open up our private event space. If you are positive, hard working and looking to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment, we are interested in meeting you!

Key Responsibilities Food Preparation & Quality:

Prepare daily prep list according to standard recipes and portion controls. Ensure all food meets strict taste, presentation, and safety standards.

Private Event Operations:

Execute menu execution and timing for private dining, catering, and special events, maintaining order accuracy and smooth pacing during service.

Kitchen Organization & Sanitation:

Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation. Adhere to daily opening, closing, and cleaning checklists, including proper label/date routines and FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory rotation.

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with management, BOH & FOH team members to ensure seamless & positive dining experience for all guests. Pay is $18

•20/hr based on experience. Weekend and evening availability is a must, 30

•40 hours per week
