Barista / Cook Hybrid - Mill House Cafe We're looking for a new face to join the team at Mill House Cafe in Franklin. This is a "best of both worlds" role. We need someone who can pull a great shot of espresso and handle the morning/lunch rush behind the counter, but who also isn't afraid to jump in the kitchen to prep and plate made-to-order meals. The Schedule & Pay We're looking for someone to work minimum of 2 days a week (6:30 AM - 3:30 PM). You'll split your time between two roles: 1-2 Days as Barista ( depending on business needs ): $10.00-$12.00/hr + Tips. Customer service, espresso craft, and keeping the front-of-house vibe high. 2 Days as

Cook :

$11.00-$13.00/hr (No Tips). Made-to-order breakfast/lunch and light prep. The Perks Employee Meals +
