Job Summary Join our team as a Grill or Fryer Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to quality will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing delicious grilled and fried foods and assisting with food preparation , a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall excellence of our kitchen operations. Duties Prepare and cook grilled items such as , subs, burgers, sandwiches, and fried foods Assist with food preparation tasks including chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for various menu items Ensure all food safety sanitizing procedures are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and knives with precision and care Support menu planning efforts by preparing ingredients in advance for upcoming service periods Maintain high-volume production standards during peak hours. Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste and optimize freshness Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering setting is a plus knowledge of food safety practices, including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling techniques operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently role is perfect for motivated individuals and fast paced Day shift available, Saturdays as needed 5.5 hr to 6 hrs is normal shift hours
