Gourmet Chili is looking for an experienced Experienced Grill Cook / Line Cook to join our fast-paced kitchen. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Operate grill, flat top, fryer, and other kitchen equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station. Prepare ingredients and stock supplies for each shift. Work efficiently during busy meal periods while maintaining food quality. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff. Qualifications Previous grill or line cook experience is required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, dependable, and punctual. Strong attention to detail and food quality.
