Compensation:
$16
  • $17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the kitchen team to manage station setups and ingredient preparation efficiently. Execute orders with precision, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to guests. Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking to maintain seamless operations. Contribute to menu development by suggesting innovative dishes that align with our brand's culinary vision. Assist in training new kitchen staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative team environment.
Schedule:
Evening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays as business needs require.
Qualifications:
Experience in preparing and cooking menu items in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to maintain food quality, consistency, and speed of service during peak periods. Proven track record of adhering to food safety, sanitation, and health regulations. Skill in setting up, stocking, and breaking down kitchen stations efficiently. Capability to monitor food inventory levels and communicate product needs effectively. Experience in properly labeling, storing, and rotating food products. Commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
