Job Description Willow's Kitchen is a busy small-town diner looking for an experienced Grill Cook / Short Order Cook who can run a flat-top grill during rushes and keep plates consistent, hot, and moving. What you'll do Cook on the flat-top: eggs, bacon/sausage, pancakes, burgers/sandwiches Work tickets fast and accurate during rush periods Follow recipes/portion standards and maintain consistent quality Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized (prep as needed) Communicate with servers/expediter to keep the line flowing Follow food safety and temperature standards What we're looking for Proven experience as a grill cook, line cook, or short order cook Comfortable working at a fast pace and handling multiple tickets Reliable and on time, we need someone we can count on Team-first attitude and calm under pressure Food safety knowledge (ServSafe a plus, not required) Schedule & perks Morning shifts available (great for breakfast experience) / other shifts as needed Competitive pay based on experience Free meals while working Family-run environment How to apply Apply here on Indeed with a short note including: Your grill/flat-top experience (years + what you cook most) Your availability and earliest start date
